OUR JOURNEY AS ARTISTS

Agniswar Paul and Rebecca Paul, the founders of PAUL ART are a married couple. We are a cross cultural couple and have dedicated ourselves to help peple in the community with our skillset.

I, Agniswar, have begun my journey as an artist at an early age. I had an art teacher from the age 14 years until I was 19 years old with a dream of becoming a professional artist. But when I saw the struggle of the local artists in Kolkata for basic sustainability, I gave up on that dream. It wasn’t until I met my beautiful wife that she reignighted my passion for art again. I discovered though the art market in India is very weak, people from many other countries loved my paintings.

I, Rebecca, am a self taught artist, who always loved to draw people since my childhood. Before meetiing my gifted husband, I had sold a few pieces of artwork but never took the idea of being an artist seriously. But since then, my husband and I have had many open dors to constantly sell our artwork. We are very excited to share our talents with you. Selling artwork has made it possible for us to continue in our charity work.
